    Default Days a week...

How many days a week do you either instruct (if you're an instuctor) or attend class (if you're still a student) on average?

Officially I teach 2 days a week. Unofficially I work on stuff everyday. Usually when someone posts on here and I work through their ideas before i answer them.

My class is scheduled for 1 day a week. On thursday I"m there for 2.5hrs. However, that doesn't always hold true. I also get in on some monday's and sometimes more rare on saturday. Although I'm always working on stuff regardless of whether I'm in a class room situation or not.

I'm only teaching one class a week right now but I go in for classes one or two other nights every week. I also get together to train with one of my buddies once or twice a week.

I teach two nights a week - one one-hour class and usually 45 minutes to an hour before class I do privates/semi-privates depending who shows.

I go to the club 3-4 days a week and do the bike, sit-ups, etc. then do about a half hour to 45 min. of karate work.

One day a week I'm supposed to get a one-hour private with my instructor. That's a little hit or miss with whether it happens or not and for long, but it has been pretty good lately.

And I met Shodan (Tara) from this forum and when she gets back from Hawaii (lucky lucky), she and I will start training weekly as well.

I find though that I miss it when I don't work out, but I'm exhausted when I do. There's gotta be some fine line there that I've missed.

I teach three days a week, usually 2-3 classes per day. Class time averages 1.5 hours per class. My training has to be on my own time.

I teach 6 days a week, on top of being a school teacher. Hard to find time for myself, but I also work in alot with the classes. Next school year, I"ll cut back to 3 days a week, as I'll have a new Black Belt to help more, along with other higher rank.

I am still a student. I am training approximately 6 hours a week and up to 10 hours on occasion. It used to be about half that before (3 hours weekly), but I now have more time on my hands, so I chose to train more.
