    Default Mathematical Kenpo

    I remember reading an article a long while back about how the BKF has a mathematical approach to their self defenses. Does anyone here have any information on this.
    Quality outweighs quantity every time.

    The BKF is The Black Karate Federation founded by Steve Muhammed (Sanders) and Donnie Williams.

    Not sure..... But I did realize last night...after probably seeing "Enter the Dragon" for the Umpteenth time, that it is Steve (Sanders) Muhammed leading the class at the beginning of the movie and that it is indeed a BKF school! DOH! Dee-Nee-Nee!

    I believe you can also spot Ron Chapel in that scene... I haven't done so, but I as told he was in there somewhere. Time for a trip to Hollywood Video.

    Kenpo Greetings,
    I come from The Parker / B.K.F. Lineage exactly what would you like to know about oor methods of Self-Defense. We use all of The EPAK material but it is the method of teaching and tapering thar has become mathematical
