    My girlfriend has a few people that were in the Navy in her family and my one grandfather was in the Army. Now my grandfather has moved on but her family is still there. I salute all of them and most of all the brave young men and women in they four branches of the military in other countries.

    I have a sister in the Airforce who just got back from Kuwait. Her husband is in the Army and just went to Iraq.

    My best friend is in Baghdad right now... he's coming home for mid tour leave on the 7th and it can't get here soon enough.

    I watched "Band of Brothers" (again) yesterday. Man, that show was intense and no matter how many times I watch it, I get teary eyed.
