Its good stuff. If you get a chance the sparring video and staff set offered by them is also quite good.

So you have seen the Parker videos? Is this the same as what's on youtube or different?

Some are the same, some are not. Its nice to see the introduction and nariation though.

Also you need to check out the sparring video with tons of top named guys (Steve Sanders, etc.) also the staff set video redone by Chuck Sullivan is excellent too.
