Tim Hartman's natural ability to make things fun comes across immediately in this tape. Vol 1. has the curriculum for Modern Arnis from White Belt to Blue Belt, and is a perfect companion video to anyone in Kenpo who wants to look at interesting ways to improve their flow. He breaks everything down very thoroughly and in a language that makes things easy to assilimate. If you have ever been in one of Tim's seminars you have had fun learnig, he brings that to this tape that you can review and enjoy time and time again.
