    Default Principle of the Month

The forum has a "Technique of the Month" thread that allows members to disect and examine the self defense techniques of AK. What are your thoughts on having a "Principle of the Month" as well? The focus could be on one of the many principles of AK and open the floor to discussing those as well. =)

First, since it was moved to the Tech of the Mo section, maybe we could post a POM there each month and see if it generates enough discussion to rate its own section.

Second, I suggest it be a Technique or Principle of the Month- might give more to talk about.

    It's Feb 1.

We've done torque, so may I suggest we stay with the three main power principles and discuss BACKUP MASS this month. In the appropriate section, of course.
