    Default New from Germany

    Hello everybody.

Greetings form Germany. I started with Kenpo in 1990, break in 1997 because of an accident, a short time befor getting brown belt.

Well, now I´m going on with my training since half a year.

My Teacher ist Mr. Robert Fuhr and his Teacher was Mr. Rainer Schulte.
I was very surpriced, that Kenpo is like driving a bike. When you have learned it, you never forget it.

I know that my english is not so good as I wish. So, when I write a little nonsens, please don´t be angry about it.

    So long, Frank

Welcome to KenpoTalk. Don't worry about your English. A lot of people that live here don't speak it very well either. Glad you found us. Hope we can answer any questions you may have. I spent some time around Manheim/Heidleberg and Also in the Geisen areas many years ago. I remember it fondly.

    I am Most Rerspectfully.

Daffy, fighting with his $1.25 quarter staff : "Ho! Haha! Guard! Turn! Parry! Dodge! Spin! Ha! Thrust!" (quarter staff bounces off log, bending his beak. He straightens it back to normal, and starts speaking to himself) "Something's amiss here... hmm, let me run through it. Ho, haha, guard, turn, parry, dodge, spin, ha, thrust." (beak bends again) "Got it." (straightens beak, and starts his fighting moves again.) "Ho! Haha! Guard! Turn! Parry! Dodge! Spin!"

Welcome to KT! Don't worry about your "English"..... I've seen some posters who claim "English" as their first language that don't post as well as you did. LOL

I'm VERY glad you found KenpoTalk!!
PLEASE: Don't let a few minor problems in language keep you from fully enjoying KenpoTalk and being part of the community! ENJOY.... make it YOUR house. We'll adapt and your English is sure to GROW. There's a few people that visit here from other countries who are still working on their english... so you're not alone in that. I don't think there's ANYONE here who will have any issue with it.

I recently saw a video of Mr. Schulte. He's a very impressive man.

I hope you keep coming to KenpoTalk! I look forward to your contributions.
I LOVE learning how Kenpoists around the world are doing!
