Hello
Hi,
You'll need to excuse my english, I'm french canadian.
I'm new to martial art. I'm currently learning Nick Cerio's Kenpo at Studio Unis of Donnacona and just got my blue belt. I have a little blog talking about my experiences (checkingthestorm.blogspot.com) , sorry its in french.
I think this forum will help me to learn more about kenpo and what I'm doing.

He straightens it back to normal, and starts speaking to himself) "Something's amiss here... hmm, let me run through it. Ho, haha, guard, turn, parry, dodge, spin, ha, thrust." (beak bends again) "Got it." (straightens beak, and starts his fighting moves again.) "Ho! Haha! Guard! Turn! Parry! Dodge! Spin!"
