Welcome back to Kenpo Joey.
Hi,
My name is Joey. I first started studying Kenpo in 1987 until around 1990. I attained the rank of advanced green. During that time I also studied Arnis, Ju Jitsu, and kickboxing. Around 1990, I got a knee injury and stopped practicing Kenpo.
I recently started taking Kenpo again. I am 20 years older and 100 pounds heavier, but I need to lose weight. I tried other methods to lose weight, but all have failed. Kenpo is different than just working out though, during each workout, I learn something new, which keeps my interest to keep going back.
Welcome back to Kenpo Joey.
