My name is Albert Ichelson. Im new to this sight, it looks great.
I train all the time, it's all I really like to do besides be with my family. I have a wife and two daughters, one is seven and learning basics of kenpo, the other one is almost two, and is also a future student of the arts. The doctor told me that she is hands down the strongest baby he has ever come across, that one made me proud, we call her the brute. a little sweety, but the name fits. She's got the fire in her.
I am very active with my kenpo whether im training at home or at the school, and also train part time at an MMA school. Im privately instructed by Mr. Dave Mondo, Mr. Brad Marshall, and Mr. Ray Albrechtsen. I started in Martial Arts at age nine in a tae kwon do school, I started in kenpo in 1994, I was sixteen. I got my yellow belt and most of the way through orange, but I thought I had other things to do so I left the school for a while. I came back in 1999 and have been there since. I was promoted to 1st black last September 2006 by the above named individuals as my board of examiners.
Some goals I have in kenpo are to get my school open in the next year, train with as many seniors as possible even if it means making the trip, win my next fight, make it to the IKC's and some other big tourney's next year, and continue to progress in skill and understanding of the EPAK system with the help of people more knowledgable than I, which is many.
thanks for your time, talk to you soon.
Im proud to know you Albi,
and welcome to the site.

Welcome I'm glad you're here!
I love seeing the little ones hang out at the studio and try to do what big brother or big sister is doing in class...or even dad.
