    Default Greetings

    My name is Darren Van Lehn,

    I have been training in kenpo for six months, in that time period it has become the main importance in my life. The knowledge, skills and health that I have recieved in this short time secure the fact that I will be a student of this discipline for the remainder of my life. I greet all those at this site and look forward to sharing and learning all that I can from those who post here. Thank you for allowing me into your community, much respect.
