I've been in kenpo for 8 years now, and before that I was in Kajukenbo and Isshin-ryu karate. I study a Tracy offshoot but for some reason I always wind up hanging out with those oddball AKers. I don't really understand it myself....

My name is Jen and I have become quite the Kenpo addict in the past couple of years that I have been studying. I have been stuyding Kenpo since 2001 under Mr. Seigel. I am currently a 2nd degree brown belt and looking forward to the upper ranks. Kenpo has become a major part of my life with all that the EPAK system offers along with the wonderful people I have come to meet and train with everyday.
