    Hello how are you? I would have said it in spanish but I haven't practiced it since my sophemore year in high school.

    Thats exactly what I thought it was but I didn't think I spelt it right. It is hard when you take both spanish and french, they are very similar. LOL.

    Greetings! Welcome to the board. I don't suppose you know a Juan Mercado do you? He's a Kenpoist I used to chat with in Puerto Rico that had some really interesting insights.

    Yes I do! He is known in some boards as professormental.

    We have spoken in person a couple of times and practiced together in the Kali Kenpo Excellence Camp which was held in my school early this year.

    Great person, excellent martial artists!
