    Nia:wen kowa sewakwekon, Thank you very much everyone.

    My Girls are studying at Amerikick in Brooklyn and their Sensei tells me they use the Ed Parker American Kenpo forms so here I am. I'm also a vidiot so bought them one of Adrian Roman's Forms DVD's and prolly going to invest in his Study at home set since it's on Ebay for $89 ending tonight. Won't replace their Sensei's at Amerikick but hopefully will reinforce what they learn.

    Many are down on Distance Learning, I've learned a great deal of things via Videos and books so am optimistic on these DVD;s being a good aid as well.
