    Default Hello from Texas

Hi guys - I've been lurking for a while and thought I'd go ahead and introduce myself. I've just started studying Kenpo a couple of months ago under Professor Gary Swan in San Antonio. I'm 34 years old, and have previously studied Aikido. I attended Stephen LaBounty's seminar here a couple of weeks ago, and it was then that I realized just how hooked on this I have become.
Who are you? You are everything you've known and done... people you have known, skills and talents and loves and joys...all the things that will be lost without you. You are an absolutely unique creation....

    Greetings and salutations!

Yes, Kenpo can be quite addictive. It should come with a warning label!

Well, now that you've admitted your addiction, you're well on your way to recovery -- which in this case, means greater addiction.

    Welcome.

How cool! Say hi to Mike Ross for me when you see him. I started with Mr.Swan in 1984 and I'm still addicted myself. Say hello to Sifu for me as well. You have picked a good place to study.

I'm surprised Jason Bugg hasn't posted yet. He should be shouting at you soon.

Hey! I'm new here too, and it's been lots of fun. Very educating as well. It's more or less a welcome group . But don't tell any "red head" jokes, you'll be harrassed until the baldies come out .
