Red face Taking my first steps

    Hello all,
This is my first post. I've never been on any posts before. I really haven't a clue what I'm supposed to do here. Hope to get involved.

What to do?...... Post! Ask questions! Comment on comments! That sort of thing.

There are a lot of differnent perspectives here. If you think of a question while training, write it down or remember it. Post it here. The different responses will help you to grow.

We are a friendly bunch all around... just read up, ask questions, and post away!!! If you feel unsure about posting something, you can always PM (personal message) someone first with any questions or concerns you might have.

    Enjoy your stay!

I notice you've jumped in and posted a little. Add some stuff to your profile so we can know a little more about you.

How long has you been training? Where do you train and with who?

Who are you under? What lineage? Are you an instructor? Tell us your story.
