    Default Hello from Ireland

    Hello Everybody,

I have just joined up - mainly in search of resources and technique information.

I am currently a 1st Degree Black Belt, Qualified Self Defence Instructor. No official school yet, but teaching whenever I can, to whomever wants it.

I have been training all my life, learning from my Father who has been training his whole life. For the purpose of security I won't name any names or organisations.

My Root System has been EPAKS, and I have branched out to Shotokan, Krav Maga, Wing Chun, Combatives, Muay Thai, Boxing - I only have Formal Training and Ranking in EPAKS.

For the past number of years I have been developing in the Basics, the Self Defence Applications, and making the material I have learned as useful and efficient as possible.

I hope that I can either contribute or learn more about Kenpo from this Forum.
