Default "The IM system stopped working/crashes my browser"

There are random incompatibilities between the pager system, the forum and certain browsers. I am unable to recreate them consistently.

In my case, I cannot use the pager system in anything other than IE6.

On another system, it works flawless in FireFox and IE.

It is a know issue which I am seeking a fix for.

If the pager system causes you problems, you can disable it for now through the USERCP - Options section.

My IM still seems to be not working. Is this a problem everyone is having or just me?

It seems to be effecting alot of folks though there's no consistancy that I can see. I'm going to try completely removing it, then reinstalling it when I have a moment.

It works through Firefox, but on IE, it keeps closing my browser.

I'll just use Firefox for now.

I'm ripping it out by it's roots at the moment and going to try a clean reinstall of the whole system.

Ok...I did a complete removal of the pager, then reinstalled it from scratch. I'm not seeing any change on my end, but, your mileage may vary. Please let me know how it works for you.

Ok. Right now, I can use the pager in IE fine. Opera works most of the time, but hits a security block on occation (this is a browser issue, not the pager). I can use the pager in firefox fine on 2 other sites, but not here for some reason. So, for the moment, it looks like we're back to where we were pre-updates, which is kinda good I think. lol.
