    Default Yellow Belt

    How long does it normall take for you white belt students to advance to yellow belt?
    Quality outweighs quantity every time.

    It took me six months to fully learn all the techs and be able to just pull them off the top of my head when someone attacked me.

    Long before the introductory course came out my instructor used the yellow belt material as an introductory course and it was set up to be a 6 week course. We found that two months was a very reasonable time to get the yellow belt.
    Quality outweighs quantity every time.

    Took me 4 months to yellow belt, I test this Monday for Orange belt and It will be my 8th month of training

    About 2 months with the average student attending class 2-3 times per week. Obviously this varies greatly with the individual students work ethic and practice at home.

    Congrats on the Orange belt coming!

    It takes adults about 2 months, kids significantly longer.
