Pain! (to quote Clubber Lang in Rocky III)

I've been to one of his seminars, but not instructor training. You work:
    stretching
    different shoots from standing
Once shooting in, trying a submission hold
How to get out of the submission hold, and counter
    How to counter the counter...

A small piece gets added onto, then again and again. Then you may start that all over.

Bart Vale is a good instructor, he takes his time, walks around to check on everyone, makes sure to explain the application...

Make sure to take Motrin with you.
