That's great Rob. Brings back memories. There are some techniques that I've had a hard time remembering the names (in Parker) because I learned them in Tracy. I kept thinking, "This one looks familiar", etc.

Now I know what's what. That helps.

    Thanks for posting it.

I think you've mistaken it for "breaking wind" or "passing gas".
Can be just as deadly, though .

I've also heard it refered to as "Barking Spider" and down South we call it "Floating Biscuits"

Thanks for the chart. I was wondering if a few of the techniques were accidentally switched.

Are Bowing to Buddha and Prance of the Tiger supposed to be on the Parker side or the Tracy side?

There is a difference between the Parker and Tracy versions of Bowing To Buddha and Prance Of the Tiger, that is why there are other techniques listed beside them.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am completely unfamiliar with Parker Kenpo, and I didn't see Prance of the Tiger or Bowing to Buddha on the Tracy side, so I decided to ask.

Thanks for clarifying it for me. :-)

This list helps me a lot. We do a lot of Tracy techniques in our system, it's nice to see where they line up with EPAK. Now if only the movement were the same...

I've done both systems, but I've never once thought about doing what you did.
