I own a school located in Shreveport, LA. But I study Tracy's Kenpo everywhere. Wherever I have to go for somebody to teach me something...you will find me there.

Me, Corpus Christi, Tx I help run a small studio, and they love "Tracy Kenpo."

I've been mentored by Mr. Dave Hopper, Master Al Tracy, Master Munk, and a few others.

Well I've been a personal trainer in the Tracy's Kenpo system for about 30 years and have been located in Georgia for the past 23 years.

I used to train with Ray Arquilla for about two years.

It was hard to switch from Parker to Tracy, then back to Parker.

I have to say though, my time with Ray (Now called Grandmaster Arquilla) was the best for teaching me basics.

I also learned how to hit hard, how to take a hit, how to have 'old school' respect and the techniques that he taught me are still in my brain and it has been over 20 years since I've seen him.

I visited a Tracy school near Sacramento, CA a few months ago. I'd like to go back to visit. I don't think I'd ever switch back again, but it's like old home week to see those techniques again.
