EPAK Lineages Reorganized

We have reorganized the EPAK lineages to allow for future expansion. All original forums are still there. There is a new sub-heading "Lineages", which has a link to each lineage.

Seems to have cleaned up the main page a bit. Looks good Bob, I think I speak for everyone when I say that we appreciate all your hard work (and to anyone else who is helping out with the building of the site).
