Default A member of the Kenpo Tribe could use our help...

Edmund Parker, kenpo artist and founder of Paxtial Arts, is experiencing a health crisis. A member of this forum has started a Go Fund Me page to raise some emergency finds for him. If it's in your heart, please click on the link below, read the status, and make the best contribution you can.

I know things are tight everywhere, yet I'm hopeful many of you will consider you options, think about his historic contribution to so many in the art, and make at least a small contribution.

Empty buckets can be filled, even if only a drop at a time.

    Thank you.

Clear mind, clear movement. Mastery of the Arts is mastery over the Self. That in this moment, this motion, the thoughts, memories, impulses and passions that cloud the mind must yield to the clarity of purpose, and purity of motion.

    Done.
Daffy, fighting with his $1.25 quarter staff : "Ho! Haha! Guard! Turn! Parry! Dodge! Spin! Ha! Thrust!" (quarter staff bounces off log, bending his beak. He straightens it back to normal, and starts speaking to himself) "Something's amiss here... hmm, let me run through it. Ho, haha, guard, turn, parry, dodge, spin, ha, thrust." (beak bends again) "Got it." (straightens beak, and starts his fighting moves again.) "Ho! Haha! Guard! Turn! Parry! Dodge! Spin!"

Bumping this topic. They have only raised a fraction of what they were looking for. I'm sure any amount would be appreciated.

    I donated.

Ed Parker Jr. made a post on Facebook that he was "humbled by the loving outreach of help."

    Every little bit helps.
