Default Info on Francisco Vigoroux's Kenpo

Came across this site and it is pretty close to where I live in Northern NJ. Was wondering if anybody has heard of or knows of Mr. Vigoroux? On his site it appears that he teaches Ed Parker's American Kenpo and has received his 7th degree from Mr. Larry Tatum.

It looks like Ed Parker's American Kenpo, would appreciate your thoughts.

    Thanks!

Here's a link to his website. Based on the video clips, it looks like EPAK.

I see Mr. Parkers Kenpo, go check it out, and contact him directly.
Mr. Tatum has a great program, and I know many in his system. I reconize everything he did in the videos.

I HIGHLY recommend Francisco's school. He moves like lightning and his students are top notch.

Mr. Vigoroux is the real deal. Moves like Tatum and is a very articulate teacher. You are blessed if you live close to him. I have to travel from Atlanta, Ga when I see him.

I was able to attend 2 classes taught by Mr. Vigoroux. He's is very talented & has a lot of great drills. If you ever get the chance to work wiht him you'd better get on the mats. I was very impressed with his teaching ability, skill, & he's a general all around great guy.

You've got the endorsement of several very knowledgeable and skilled folks their, buddy..... sounds like you'd be missing out if you didn't take advantage of it.

Thanks for the feedback. Looks like Mr. Vigoroux is the real deal. I am excited that his school is fairly close to where I live.

Now is the time for me to jog my memory back to my earlier Kenpo training and prepare myself to continue my kenpo journey after my sabbatical.

Your passion around kenpo is inspiring.

    Happy New Year to all!

If Jamie Seabrook is recommending it ,give it a try. He never steers anyone wrong.

I've combed the tri-state area (NY,NJ,CT) in search of the very best and most authentic American Kenpo I can find (in my opinion) and ultimately arrived at Vigoroux Studios. I travel between 1hr - 1 1/2 hrs each way to make it to the studio 3 times a week. Of course, I highly recommend that you stop by either of Studios and check it out. You will not regret it!

Prof. Vigoroux owns/operates his headquarters school at:

    126 Park Ave.
