    Kata's = Forms

    So my favorite was Long Form 5. It took me a while to get but after I got it, it is a lot of fun. It is hard at first but after you get it, it is cool.

    Long 6 is also a nice one. JUST DON'T STOP MOVING in it. Mr Joe yelled at me for that one.

    I love form four because you can just "feel" the energy and fight within in. I also like what is addressed on both sides within the form. Lately form two has new meaning to me as well going back through it with my instructor and has come to be a close second.

    I like Long Form Three the best, with Long Form Two coming in as a close second.

    I'm right there with you Billy, I absolutely love Long 3 and Long 2. Those are probably my best katas.

    AKKI form II !!!!

    Love the flow and the power that's built into it!!
    AKKI form III is great, but I need to work on the second half MORE, once I really get it down tight....It may surpass form II as my favorite...who knows.
    ((Then of course there is the 'advanced form II'... might dethrown form III...?))

    Long Form Four.

    The angles, the techniques, the variety of movement, all appeal to me.
    Book Set (Panther Set) is pretty good too.
