http://store.martialartsmart.net/kb.html This seems to be the "official supplier" of all of Mr. Parker's books now.

To let you guys know, you can still get the books from the First generations that are on good terms with the Parker family. The "Official" licensed supplier of the Parker books is Tiger Claw. If you are going to purchase from Tiger Claw, one of their resellers (such as myself) you are probably going to pay slightly more as they really are a middle man that are going to charge a mark up from what the Parker's charge them and so on.
For example, my students can buy the books from me, but by the time I buy them from Tiger Claw at "wholesale". pay shipping and handling, etc, They can get the books almost 15% cheaper from Mr. Conatser when he makes his semi annual trip out to see me as their is one less step for them buying directly from him. I don't make any money that way but they get the better value. When it comes to that kind of information, I, personally, would rather take the slight financial loss, to get the long term gain for my students.

If you are in situation where you just cannot get your hands on the books anywhere, feel free to contact me, and I will try to help you.
Just because you do something one way, does not mean that everyone else does it that way, or that it is even the correct way.

Question Re: The Encyclopedia of American Kenpo

Does the Encyclopedia of Kenpo by Ed Parker have any information about which basic striking block with one hand and arm can be done from the forward bow stance?

If it doesn't the hammering inward block is generaly our strongest motion. However I think it would be more interesting to hear what you or someone thinks is weak and debate that.

The encyclopedia goes into detail concerning the principles used in Kenpo. It defines them and gives examples of their use. Great book! My instructor got it for me for Xmas a few years ago.

Does that book explain more about the principles in Infinite Insights Into Kenpo, volume 4, Physical and Mental Constituents? The principles of volume 4--Infinite Insights Into Kenpo, Physical and Mental Constituents--are what I don't understand.

The encyclopedia of Kenpo is a big Glossary of all the American Kenpo Terminology.
    Quality outweighs quantity every time.
