Thrusting Knee:
(Your opponent shoots in for a take down.)
1. Push-Drag Shuffle back to match distance (in a left neutral bow)
2. Drop your elbows against his shoulders (double path against a double line)
3. Wrap your hands on top of his head (NOT interlaced) to control him
4. Pull him 90* to the right to pull him off balance and open him up
5. Step up as needed for the right knee to the face
6. Pivot on left leg and do a right thrust kick to his right knee.
7. Step out right on the outside of his left leg to open the line of entry for left uppercut to jaw in a forward bow.
8. Step further to the right to open a line of entry for a left shin kick to his left leg.
9. Cover out.
