Rolling Thunder:
(Offensive Technique/Sparring Technique)

1.Starting in a left neutral bow, feint a right ball kick to the groin and if it draws the desired reaction (lowing of the guard to the groin area), turn the hip over and execute a round kick to the face. Do NOT put the foot down in between strikes.

2. After the round kick, put the foot down beside the left foot and execute a turning/spinning heel kick to the ribs or solar plexus

3. Plant into a left neutral bow and execute a left "over the top"/vertical back knuckle strike to the temple or bridge of the nose.
