Triple Kick - Inside Defense againsta Left roundhouse punch

Beginning note : This technique begins just like Thunder and Lightning from theOrange Belt Curriculum or Sword of Destruction from the Yellow Belt and EPAKcurriculum.

1. Slide back into a right foot forward cat stance with a Right outward blockto the attacker's left arm while executing a right ball kick to the groin.

2. Before the right foot touches the ground after the first kick, hop with theleft foot and execute a left ball kick to the inside of the attacker's leftknee.

3. Repeat the above motion with the right foot and the inside of the attacker'sright knee.

4. Cover out or follow up as desired
