POWER IN A KICK

While in a neutral bow and arrow stance, facing 12 o'clock,
execute a front snapping ball kick with the rear leg. The following is
a partial list of principles that should be studied to aid you in the
execution of the kick. It is only a starting list to stimulate your
thinking. As you can surmise, there are many other principles. Please
