    Default Pressure Points General Knowledge

The information presented here is from Erle Montaigue's Encyclopaedias of Dim-Mak (Paladin press). http://www.taijiworld.com

Men and women's Qi flow in opposite directions.

There are 5 elements in pressure points:
Fire - Heart, Small Intetsine, Pericardium, Triple Heater
    Water - Bladder, Kidney
    Earth - Stomach, Spleen
    Metal - Lung, Colon

For those studying Pressure Points whether for healing of defense, you have to deal with polarity. Yin is Negative, and Yang is Positive. But what does it really mean?

Meridian Element Polarity # of Points
    Heart Fire Yin 9
    Small Intestine Fire Yang 19
    Pericardium Fire Yin 9
    Triple Heater Fire Yang 23
    Lung Metal Yin 11
    Large Intestine Metal Yang 20
    Gall Bladder Wood Yang 44
    Liver Wood Yin 14
    Stomach Earth Yang 45
    Spleen Earth Yin 21
    Bladder Water Yang 67
    Kidney Water Yin 27
    Conception Center Line Yin 24
    Governor Center Line Yang 28
    Quality outweighs quantity every time.
