    Jamie,

That was really well executed. There are some very tiny differences from what I learned so I was rewinding a lot. I'm really impressed.

The other competitors' forms were really good, but they did not compare to the intensity and the solid execution of yours.

    Well done.

It was just like being there....oh, wait. I WAS there, standing next to the videographer.

I talked to the guy who got third and I told him that it was my observation that his hands and feet were not sync'd up. Both looked good, but it was his attention.

I'll have to look at the guy who got second. I remember that there was a reason, but I'll have to watch again.

    Good job Jamie.

I have to say that Mr.Seabrook's L6 clip looked best to me. Some of the other clips demonstrated good upper body dynamics, while others demonstrated good stances/kicks, but in my humble opinion. The abovementioned put it all together rather well. One question though. Did Mr.Seabrook win?

Jamie form was performed extremly well. Amy, I was the one how got third, yes my attention was not on the positioning of my feet with correct anatomical positioning of the upperbody the feet will line up for you. You don't look at you feet when you walk or ride a bike, then why would you do it in karate builds a bad habit. Your attention sould be out in front of you, looking ahead. My intructor growning up pushed this idea alot, we used a 50lb swinging bag and plum flower post. This gave me may insentives not to look down or not to divert your attention to any thing else but the right feeling. To me, the feeling is the most important thing to focus my attention on, to move naturally with out thought. You'll see different flavors on the same form, most of us have crossed trained in other systems. But thank you Amy it gives me something to think about. A Quote Mr.Parker used about Kenpo is "This is a art to fit the person, not a person to fit the art".
