Certainly not kenpo kicks!
On the plus side -- her limberness is obscene. It's very impressive to look at, as well as her flips and her great balance, etc.
The usefulness of those moves is another story. Unless she's being attacked by the jolly green giant, I don't see her needing to kick that high.
Looks really cool though.
I also think a keiai (however that's spelled), should be a short burst from the gut, not the throat. But that sort of screaming is common in the harder styles.
Really interesting to watch though. She'll make some man very happy some day. (ooops, did I write that?)

I'm sure she enjoys what she does and here movements were quite impressive; like those of a cheerleader or gymnist. I just hope she does not think that 90% of those movements would be conducive to self-defense. I'm not trying to sound negative or belittle what she does, but she would be seriously owned if she attempted 1/3 of that on the street.

That said- amazing balance and flexibility- she looks double-jointed.

Me TOO...
If this was my daughter (15 years from now)
I'd be DARN proud at her abilities and the amount of dedication and care it must have taken to develop them...
BUT
I'd also MAKE CERTAIN that she also knew EFFECTIVE techniques and knew the difference.
this stuff is like modern Wushu.

I agree, she is an outstanding 'athlete'. I also hope she knows the difference between what she is doing and self defence.
