Sad thing is I grew up in an area that things like that were common, I cant say I am not part redneck myself but not to that level LMAO. Hey to name a few of the towns that are close to where I grew up. Peel town, Scurry, 7- Points, Gun Barrel City, and Waxahachie. You gotta love the Cedar Creek Lake area there was a 67 camaro with a 12 lift and 44 gumbo mudders

I have seen that kind of conversion before just not with 12" of lift. Some really has to go through a lot of trouble. Camaro's don't have a full frame.

Back in the day when I was in High School I passed up a chance to buy a real General Lee, 69 Charger 440 with doors welded and all the real paint. They had a truck load of them for sale that were no longer needed for the show. But stupid me I was worried what people to say. That same car would sell for around 30K now. Im no Chevy expert as I am more into MO/Par myself but it looked like they took an old Ford rolling chassis and bolted a 67 camaro body to it. ?? Way to much time and money on their hands I guess.

What's sad about that? I really believe that Yankees and big city kids live an underprivilaged childhood!

Been there, but it was a looooong time ago. You could get fat just walking down the streets of Waxahachie picking up pecans. Odd, that's one of the big things I miss being in the Pac NW.

Wow small world, most people that live in Dallas and have their whole life look at me funny when I bring up those towns. They have no idea where they are or what I am talking about.

I actually lived in Mesquite, not to turble far from the rodeo grounds. Back then, that whole area was still semi-rural. Should give you an idea how looooong ago that was.

My dad operated drag-line, and I traveled all over with him in the summer, one job to the next.
