    Thumbs down

LEARN FROM THE REAL DEAL. NO BRAG JUST FACT. LEARN FROM SOMEONE WHO'S BEEN THERE DONE THAT AND BOUGHT THE TEE SHIRT
Well, that doesn't exactly inspire confidence...
Sounds like that second line should have read, "No Fact Just Brag".

I don't think that I would be comfortable with a home study bodyguard.
    Maybe that's just me, though.

Yes it is scary that people will buy this and think they will really have some skill, or have really done something. It boggles the mind

Could you imagine someone presenting these credentials during an interview? That is a harsh way to be enlightened about personal idiocy.

I imagine that most of the 'bodyguards' that will be certified will be around sixteen years old...

In most places there is no such thing as a body guard certification. Those that take courses become bodyguards through an agency. Most bodyguards get a job because they are known to be tough S.O.B.s.

The disturbing thing is that people do buy this.. they do think they are learning somethign effective, people do go and get jobs where they are reponcible for onothers safety and people do get hurt because of it..

    why?

becuse people are stupid... and they guy selling this will undoubtidly have a "I'm not responcible for any injury resulting from the study of this bla bla bla.."
    statement protecting him legally.

As soon as one has bought this and received his/her certification, musn't one, then, go to the local police station and register his/her hands as "lethal and deadly wuupons"?

    Yup,

The biggest thing that comes to my mind when talking about people that are under the impression that they posses some form of skill when they clearly do not would be the TV show American Idol. The first few weeks of that show a lot of people get a severe wake up call. However funny to watch Im sure this is a painful dose of reality to many
